Q How does the process work when selling my house to you?

Q Is there anyone I can contact to see if you are who you say you are?

Q Are you one of those low ball real estate investors?
A Our company policy is to establish a win-win situation for both parties. We are investors and we have to make money. However we are NOT trying to steal houses either. We will make the best possible offer that we can. There is usually room for negotiation before reaching an agreement.

Q How do I know that once you make the agreement you won’t back out later?
A When we come to an agreement we will put down a deposit. This protects you, so that you know that we are serious about purchasing your house.

Q Can you still buy my house when a tenant is living there?
A Yes! We can make you an offer even if there is a tenant living in the house.

Q If I have no or little equity in my house can you still buy it?
A The answer is, maybe. In some cases we can buy houses with little or no equity. If we are not able to make you an acceptable offer, we can put you in contact with another professional on our team. We have many options to help you sell your house.

Q What is the difference between you, and a Realtor?
A We are private investors we buy houses for cash or terms or both. We can buy your house in 7 days or less. Most Realtors want to list your house and put it on the open market.
